The whole scene with the chess celebrity was pretty good. I liked how Lerene completely lost it when Red--I mean, the main character, beat the King. How those two work together is almost perfect.

Very strange how a dragon came out of a metal bean. You'd think it would get cramped in there. But, on a more serious note, I thought how the letter's message changed when the main character arrived was very intriguing. What could be in store for our hero now?
